Can I switch between plans?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. When upgrading, you get immediate access to Premium features. When downgrading, you keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.
What happens if I exceed free tier limits?
We use soft limits, so you won't lose any data. You'll be prompted to upgrade to Premium to create more projects or tasks, or to make additional AI calls.
How does billing work?
All billing is handled securely through the App Store. You can manage your subscription in your device Settings under Subscriptions. We never see or store your payment information.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! Cancel anytime through your App Store subscription management. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled through Apple's standard App Store refund policy. You can request a refund directly from Apple within a certain timeframe after purchase.
